The Exeter Blue Hawks (Exeter, NH) football defeated the visiting Winnacunnet Warriors (Hampton, NH), 23-7 in Saturday's league bout.
In their next game, the Blue Hawks face the St. John's Pioneers (Shrewsbury, MA) in a non-league bout, on Friday, September 29. Exeter will attempt to advance on its 4-0 season record. The Pioneers enter the bout with a 2-2 record after their 13-10 non-league loss to Shrewsbury (Shrewsbury, MA).
The Warriors (0-4) will now prepare for their bout against Bangor (Bangor, ME). The Rams enter the non-league bout with a 3-2 record. In their last bout, Bangor lost by Lewiston (Lewiston, ME), 21-14, in a league bout.
