The Milby Buffs football team (Houston, TX), was beaten 26-6 in Saturday's league challenge with the host Wisdom Generals (Houston, TX)

The Generals (5-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Waltrip (Houston, TX). The Rams come into the 5A-1 Region III District 9 challenge with a 2-2 record. In their last challenge, Waltrip achieved victory over Northside (Houston, TX), 61-0, in a league challenge.

The Buffs now sport a 2-3 record. They take the field next when they host Madison for a 5A-1 Region III District 9 challenge on Saturday, September 30. Milby will meet a Marlins team coming off a 61-14 league win over Austin (Houston, TX). The Marlins record now stands at 3-2.
