In Saturday's non-league game, the Grandview Wolves (Aurora, CO) football team smashed the visiting Pomona Panthers (Arvada, CO), by a final score of 46-8.
The Wolves (4-1) will now prepare for their game against Eaglecrest (Centennial, CO). The Raptors come into the non-league game with a 5-0 record. In their last game, Eaglecrest overwhelmed Lakewood (Lakewood, CO), 42-6, in a non-league game.
The Panthers now hold a 3-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Columbine for a non-league game on Saturday, September 30. Pomona will battle a Rebels team coming off a 33-14 non-league win over Fort Collins (Fort Collins, CO). The Rebels record now stands at 5-0.
