The Franklin Knights held off the host Maplewood Tigers soccer squad by a margin of 1-0 in Saturday's non-league match.
The Knights now sport a 3-7 record. They play next when they travel to Titusville for a District 10 Region 5 match on Tuesday, September 26. Franklin will encounter a Rockets squad coming off a 0-0 non-league Cambridge Springs (Cambridge Springs, PA). The Rockets record now stands at 3-2.
