The Shawnee Braves (Springfield, OH) football edged the visiting North Union Wildcats (Richwood, OH), 18-14 in Saturday's non-league bout.
In their next game, the Braves face the Indian Lake Lakers (Lewistown, OH) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, October 7. Shawnee will attempt to advance on its 4-1 season record.
The Wildcats (3-3) will now prepare for their bout against Northwestern (Springfield, OH). The Warriors enter the non-league bout with a 0-1 record.
