The Riverside Academy Rebels volleyball team scored 2 points and limited the visiting Belle Chasse Cardinals to 1 in the Rebels non-league victory on Saturday.
The Rebels now have a 1-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host St. Charles Catholic for a non-league game on Tuesday, September 26.
The Cardinals (5-5) will now prepare for their game against Kenner Discovery Health Sciences Academy (Kenner, LA). The Swamp Owls enter the non-league game with a 0-0 record.
