In Saturday's league battle, the visiting Taylor Titans soccer squad scored a close 6-0 triumph over the Eastern Comets.
The Titans (3-9) will now prepare for their battle against Peru (Peru, IN). The Tigers come into the non-league battle with a 2-6 record. In their last battle, Peru was overwhelmed by Wabash (Wabash, IN), 2-1, in a league battle.
The Comets (3-9) will now prepare for their battle against Tri-Central (Sharpsville, IN). The Trojans come into the Hoosier Heartland battle with a 8-5 record. In their last battle, Tri-Central nudged Carroll (Flora, IN), 3-2, in a league battle.
