Ohio High School Soccer - Port Clinton nudges Eastwood

Port Clinton Redskins (Port Clinton, OH) supporters were pleased Saturday as they observed their soccer team hold off the host Eastwood Eagles (Pemberville, OH), 2-1 in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Redskins confront the Edison Chargers (Milan, OH) in a Sandusky Bay challenge, on Monday, September 25. Port Clinton will attempt to move on its 8-2 season record. The Chargers enter the challenge with a 7-5 record after their 3-0 league loss to Perkins (Sandusky, OH).

The Eagles now possess a 2-9 record. They take the field next when they travel to Maumee for a Northern Buckeye challenge on Thursday, September 28. Eastwood will confront a Panthers team coming off a 7-0 league win over Oak Harbor (Oak Harbor, OH). The Panthers record now stands at 10-0.
