Next, the Meteors confront the Plainfield Central Wildcats (Plainfield, IL) in a non-league challenge, on Sunday, September 24. Thornton Fractional North/Thornton Fractional South will attempt to move on its 10-2 season record. The Wildcats enter the challenge with a 9-2 record after their 3-0 league win over Plainfield North (Plainfield, IL).

The Bulldogs now possess a 1-11 record. They take the field next when they host Oak Lawn for a South Suburban challenge on Monday, September 25. Richards will confront a Spartans team coming off a 4-0 non-league win over Curie (Chicago, IL). The Spartans record now stands at 9-3.
