The North Gwinnett Bulldogs softball team scored 8 runs and limited the visiting Northside Patriots to 3 in the Bulldogs non-league triumph on Saturday.

With the triumph, North Gwinnett improves its record to 19-3 on the year. The Bulldogs travel to Loganville (Loganville, GA) to clash with the Red Devils in a non-league game on Saturday, September 23. The Red Devils come into the game with a record of 9-9. Loganville won 9-1 in their recent league game against Eastside (Covington, GA)

In their next game, the Patriots clash with the McIntosh Chiefs (Peachtree City, GA) in a 5A Region 3 game, on Tuesday, September 26. Northside will attempt to improve on its 15-7 season record. The Chiefs come into the game with a 10-10 record after their 9-0 non-league win over Starr's Mill (Fayetteville, GA).
