The crowd at Saturday's non-league bout between the Chillicothe Eagles (Chillicothe, TX) and the host Altus Bulldogs (Altus, OK), saw Chillicothe's volleyball squad nip Altus by a tally of 2-1.

With the win, Chillicothe upgrades its record to 3-11 on the year. The Eagles travel to Northside (Vernon, TX) to play the Indians in a 1A Region II District 10 bout on Tuesday, September 26. The Indians go into the bout with a record of 2-8. Northside lost 2-0 in their recent non-league bout against Savoy (Savoy, TX)

The Bulldogs now own a 21-9 record. They play next when they host Tipton for a non-league bout on Monday, September 25. Altus will play a Tigers squad coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Southeast (Oklahoma City, OK). The Tigers record now stands at 5-9.
