The Ballard Bombers prevailed the visiting Lake Mills Bulldogs volleyball team by a score of 2-0 in Saturday's non-league test.
The Bombers now have a 15-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Clear Creek-Amana for a non-league test on Saturday, September 23. Ballard will confront a Clippers team coming off a 3-0 league win over Williamsburg (Williamsburg, IA). The Clippers record now stands at 21-0.
The Bulldogs (18-7) will now prepare for their test against Iowa Falls-Alden (Iowa Falls, IA). The Cadets enter the non-league test with a 7-15 record. In their last test, Iowa Falls-Alden dropped by Algona (Algona, IA), 3-1, in a non-league test.
