Ohio High School Volleyball - Belpre edged by Piketon

The Piketon Redstreaks held off the host Belpre Golden Eagles volleyball team by a score of 2-1 in Saturday's non-league test.

The Redstreaks now have a 4-10 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Manchester for a non-league test on Monday, September 25. Piketon will confront a Greyhounds team coming off a 3-1 league loss to Fairfield (Leesburg, OH). The Greyhounds record now stands at 0-12.

The Golden Eagles (0-11) will now prepare for their test against Trimble (Glouster, OH). The Tomcats enter the Tri-Valley - Hocking test with a 7-6 record. In their last test, Trimble was nudged by South Webster (South Webster, OH), 3-1, in a non-league test.
