The Southside Sharks topped the host Breaux Bridge Tigers volleyball team by a score of 3-0 in Saturday's non-league test.
The Sharks now have a 7-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Highland Baptist Christian for a non-league test on Tuesday, September 26. Southside will confront a Bears team coming off a 3-0 non-league win over New Iberia (New Iberia, LA). The Bears record now stands at 7-5.
The Tigers (7-11) will now prepare for their test against Beau Chene (Arnaudville, LA). The Gators enter the Division II District 2 test with a 12-5 record. In their last test, Beau Chene gained a win over Hanson Memorial (Franklin, LA), 3-0, in a non-league test.
