The Carlisle Wildcats topped the visiting Des Moines East Scarlets volleyball team by a score of 2-0 in Saturday's non-league test.
The Wildcats now have a 14-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host Pella for a non-league test on Saturday, September 23. Carlisle will confront a Dutch team coming off a 3-2 league loss to Norwalk (Norwalk, IA). The Dutch record now stands at 12-7.
The Scarlets (0-14) will now prepare for their test against Fort Dodge (Fort Dodge, IA). The Dodgers enter the non-league test with a 12-8 record. In their last test, Fort Dodge was knocked off by Ames (Ames, IA), 2-1, in a non-league test.
