The Palo Verde Panthers topped the host Chaminade Eagles volleyball team by a score of 2-0 in Saturday's non-league test.

The Panthers now have a 8-8 record. They put it on the line next when they host St. Ignatius College Preparatory for a non-league test on Saturday, September 23. Palo Verde will confront a Wildcats team coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Liberty (Bakersfield, CA). The Wildcats record now stands at 12-5.

The Eagles (13-7) will now prepare for their game against Louisville (Woodland Hills, CA). The Royals enter the Angeles game with a 14-7 record. In their last game, Louisville was dropped by Immaculate Heart (Los Angeles, CA), 3-2, in a league game.
