In Saturday's non-league battle, the host Cherryvale Chargers volleyball team scored a 2-0 triumph over the Uniontown Eagles.

The Chargers (9-6) will now prepare for their battle against Neodesha (Neodesha, KS). The Blue Streaks come into the non-league battle with a 13-2 record. In their last battle, Neodesha achieved victory over Erie (Erie, KS), 2-0, in a non-league battle.

Next, the Eagles clash with the Crest Lancers (Colony, KS) in a Three Rivers battle, on Tuesday, September 26. Uniontown will attempt to advance on its 4-17 season record. The Lancers come into the battle with a 17-6 record after their 2-0 non-league win over Oswego (Oswego, KS).
