The Diagonal Maroons volleyball team (Diagonal, IA), was dropped 2-0 in Saturday's non-league challenge with the host Clarke Indians (Osceola, IA)

The Indians (10-8) will now prepare for their challenge against Saydel (Des Moines, IA). The Eagles enter the non-league challenge with a 0-9 record. In their last challenge, Saydel was dropped by Chariton (Chariton, IA), 3-0, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Maroons encounter the Twin Cedars Sabers (Bussey, IA) in a Bluegrass challenge, on Tuesday, September 26. Diagonal will attempt to move on its 0-15 season record. The Sabers enter the challenge with a 5-12 record after their 2-0 non-league loss to B-G-M (Brooklyn, IA).
