California High School Volleyball - Downey tips Del Campo

Downey Knights (Modesto, CA) backers left the game in high spirits Saturday as they observed their volleyball squad hold off the host Del Campo Cougars (Fair Oaks, CA), 2-1 in a non-league match.

Next up, the Knights battle the West Park Panthers (Roseville, CA) in a non-league match, on Saturday, September 23. Downey will attempt to better on its 6-11 season record. The Panthers come into the match with a 9-11 record after their 3-1 non-league loss to Pleasant Valley (Chico, CA).

With the loss, Del Campo drops to 2-11 on the campaign. The Cougars travel to Carson (Carson City, NV) to battle the Senators in a non-league match on Saturday, September 23. The Senators come into the match with a record of 13-3. Carson won 3-2 in their recent league match against Douglas (Minden, NV)
