South Dakota High School Volleyball - Freeman tips Winner

September 23, 2023: Winner, SD 57580

The crowd at Saturday's non-league bout between the Freeman Flyers (Freeman, SD) and the host Winner Warriors (Winner, SD), saw Freeman's volleyball squad nip Winner by a tally of 2-1.

With the win, Freeman upgrades its record to 11-8 on the year. The Flyers travel to Oldham-Ramona/Rutland (Ramona, SD) to play the Raiders in a non-league bout on Saturday, September 23. The Raiders go into the bout with a record of 5-7. Oldham-Ramona/Rutland lost 3-0 in their recent league bout against Sioux Falls Lutheran (Sioux Falls, SD)

The Warriors now own a 5-12 record. They play next when they travel to Florence/Henry for a non-league bout on Saturday, September 23. Winner will play a Falcons squad coming off a 3-0 non-league win over Britton-Hecla (Britton, SD). The Falcons record now stands at 8-4.
