The Janesville Wildcats held off the visiting Urbandale J-Hawks volleyball team by a score of 2-1 in Saturday's non-league test.
The Wildcats now have a 14-8 record. They put it on the line next when they host Dunkerton for a Iowa Star North test on Thursday, September 28. Janesville will confront a Raiders team coming off a 2-1 non-league loss to BCLUW (Conrad, IA). The Raiders record now stands at 13-14.
The J-Hawks (5-12) will now prepare for their test against Osage (Osage, IA). The Green Devils enter the non-league test with a 12-8 record. In their last test, Osage held off West Fork (Sheffield, IA), 3-0, in a league test.
