The Pendleton Bulldogs volleyball team (Pendleton, SC), was nudged 2-1 in Saturday's non-league challenge with the visiting Lugoff-Elgin Demons (Lugoff, SC)

The Demons (5-7) will now prepare for their challenge against Fort Mill (Fort Mill, SC). The Yellow Jackets enter the non-league challenge with a 7-3 record. In their last challenge, Fort Mill was nudged by Clover (Clover, SC), 3-2, in a league challenge.

Next, the Bulldogs encounter the Carmel Christian Cougars (Matthews, NC) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, September 23. Pendleton will attempt to move on its 7-7 season record. The Cougars enter the challenge with a 1-8 record after their 3-0 non-league loss to Weddington (Matthews, NC).
