California High School Volleyball - Oxnard over Nordhoff

The Oxnard Yellowjackets (Oxnard, CA) volleyball overcame the visiting Nordhoff Rangers (Ojai, CA), 3-0 in Saturday's non-league outing.

With the win, Oxnard upgrades its record to 10-9 on the year. The Yellowjackets host Newbury Park (Newbury Park, CA) to face the Panthers in a non-league outing on Saturday, September 23. The Panthers go into the outing with a record of 5-13. Newbury Park lost 3-0 in their recent league outing against Thousand Oaks (Thousand Oaks, CA)

The Rangers now own a 6-2 record. They play next when they travel to Santa Paula for a Citrus Coast outing on Tuesday, September 26. Nordhoff will face a Cardinals squad coming off a 1-0 non-league loss to Villanova Prep (Ojai, CA). The Cardinals record now stands at 8-9.
