The Quartz Hill Royals volleyball team scored 2 points and limited the host Simi Valley Pioneers to 0 in the Royals non-league victory on Saturday.
The Royals now have a 13-10 record. They put it on the line next when they host Palmdale for a Golden game on Tuesday, September 26. Quartz Hill will meet a Falcons team coming off a 3-0 league loss to Highland (Palmdale, CA). The Falcons record now stands at 1-12.
The Pioneers (4-8) will now prepare for their game against Immaculate Heart (Los Angeles, CA). The Pandas enter the non-league game with a 6-14 record. In their last game, Immaculate Heart dropped by Archer School for Girls (Los Angeles, CA), 2-1, in a non-league game.
