Wapsie Valley Warriors (Fairbank, IA) supporters left the game in high spirits Saturday as they observed their volleyball squad top the visiting Van Meter Bulldogs (Van Meter, IA), 2-0 in a non-league match.

Next up, the Warriors clash with the Des Moines Christian Lions (Des Moines, IA) in a non-league match, on Saturday, September 23. Wapsie Valley will attempt to advance on its 19-11 season record. The Lions come into the match with a 16-3 record after their 3-0 league win over Van Meter (Van Meter, IA).
