In Monday's non-league match, the Heritage Hurricanes (Newport News, VA) volleyball squad tipped the host King's Fork Bulldogs (Suffolk, VA), by a count of 3-2.

Next up, the Hurricanes battle the Kecoughtan Warriors (Hampton, VA) in a Peninsula match, on Tuesday, September 24. Heritage will attempt to move on its 4-3 season record. The Warriors enter the match with a 8-0 record after their 3-0 league win over Woodside (Newport News, VA).

The Bulldogs (7-5) will now prepare for their match against Great Bridge (Chesapeake, VA). The Wildcats enter the Southeastern match with a 4-4 record.
