The Oil City Oilers felled the visiting Fairview Tigers football team by a score of 36-20 in Monday's non-league challenge.
In their next game, the Oilers play the Grove City Eagles (Grove City, PA) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, September 28. Oil City will attempt to improve on its 4-0 season record. The Eagles go into the challenge with a 3-0 record after their 40-24 non-league win over Fort LeBoeuf (Waterford, PA).
The Tigers (1-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Fort LeBoeuf (Waterford, PA). The Bison go into the non-league challenge with a 0-2 record. In their last challenge, Fort LeBoeuf lost by General McLane (Edinboro, PA), 36-10, in a non-league challenge.
