The Kettle Run Cougars football squad scored 15 points and limited the visiting Manassas Park Cougars to 0 in the Cougars non-league triumph on Monday.
The Cougars now sport a 3-0 record. They take the field next when they host Skyline for a non-league test on Monday, September 23. Kettle Run will meet a Hawks squad coming off a 35-28 non-league win over Millbrook (Winchester, VA). The Hawks record now stands at 3-0.
With the defeat, Manassas Park drops to 2-1 on the campaign. The Cougars travel to Meridian (Falls Church, VA) to meet the Mustangs in a non-league test on Wednesday, October 16. The Mustangs come into the test with a record of 1-1.
