The Sumner Spartans walloped the visiting Lincoln Abes football team by a score of 49-0 in Monday's non-league challenge.
In their next game, the Spartans face the South Kitsap Wolves (Port Orchard, WA) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, September 30. Sumner will attempt to improve on its 1-2 season record. The Wolves go into the challenge with a 1-0 record after their 57-6 non-league win over Kentridge (Kent, WA).
The Abes (1-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Gig Harbor (Gig Harbor, WA). The Tides go into the non-league challenge with a 0-2 record. In their last challenge, Gig Harbor was ripped by Tumwater (Tumwater, WA), 42-0, in a non-league challenge.
