Streator Bulldogs (Streator, IL) boosters left the game satisfied Monday as they saw their volleyball squad edge the host St. Bede Bruins (Peru, IL), 2-1 in a non-league test.

With the win, Streator improves its record to 12-9 on the season. The Bulldogs travel to Lisle (Lisle, IL) to face the Lions in a test on Tuesday, September 24. The Lions go into the test with a record of 9-5. Lisle won 2-1 in their recent non-league test against Chesterton Academy of the Holy Family (Downers Grove, IL)

The Bruins now own a 0-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Parkview Christian Academy for a non-league test on Monday, October 7.
