Fans at Monday's league battle between the Gibson Southern Titans (Fort Branch, IN) and the host Boonville Pioneers (Boonville, IN), saw Gibson Southern's soccer squad knock off Boonville by a count of 4-1.

The Titans (5-6) will now prepare for their battle against Princeton (Princeton, IN). The Tigers enter the Pocket battle with a 5-6 record. In their last battle, Princeton tipped Forest Park (Ferdinand, IN), 2-1, in a league battle.

Next up, the Pioneers battle the Mt. Vernon Wildcats (Mt. Vernon, IN) in a Pocket battle, on Thursday, September 26. Boonville will attempt to upgrade on its 5-9 season record. The Wildcats enter the battle with a 3-11 record after their 2-1 league loss to North Posey (Poseyville, IN).
