The North Penn-Liberty Mountie soccer squad scored 3 points and held the host Jersey Shore Bulldogs to 2 in the Mountie non-league victory on Monday.
The Mountie now possess a 6-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Wellsboro for a North Tier battle on Wednesday, September 25. North Penn-Liberty will confront a Hornets squad coming off a 1-0 league win over Athens (Athens, PA). The Hornets record now stands at 9-2.
Next up, the Bulldogs confront the Williamsport Millionaires (Williamsport, PA) in a Heartland I battle, on Wednesday, September 25. Jersey Shore will attempt to improve on its 4-6 season record. The Millionaires enter the battle with a 5-5 record after their 4-3 league win over Danville (Danville, PA).
