North Carolina High School Volleyball - Ashe County over South Caldwell

September 23, 2024: Hudson, NC 28638

The Ashe County Huskies (West Jefferson, NC) volleyball were victorious over the host South Caldwell Spartans (Hudson, NC), 3-1 in Monday's league bout.

The Huskies now possess a 14-1 record. They play next when they host Watauga for a Northwestern 3A/4A bout on Wednesday, September 25. Ashe County will clash with a Pioneers team coming off a 3-0 league win over Freedom (Morganton, NC). The Pioneers record now stands at 7-6.

With the loss, South Caldwell drops to 9-6 on the campaign. The Spartans travel to Hibriten (Lenoir, NC) to clash with the Panthers in a Northwestern 3A/4A bout on Wednesday, September 25. The Panthers come into the bout with a record of 8-7. Hibriten lost 3-1 in their recent league bout against Alexander Central (Taylorsville, NC)
