Fans at Monday's non-league contest between the Briar Woods Falcons (Ashburn, VA) and the host Loudoun Valley Vikings (Purcellville, VA), observed Briar Woods's volleyball team top Loudoun Valley by a count of 3-0.

The Falcons (8-4) will now prepare for their contest against Stone Bridge (Ashburn, VA). The Bulldogs enter the Potomac contest with a 3-8 record. In their last contest, Stone Bridge was knocked off by Lightridge (Aldie, VA), 3-1, in a league contest.

Next, the Vikings battle the Heritage Pride (Leesburg, VA) in a Dulles contest, on Tuesday, September 24. Loudoun Valley will attempt to move on its 1-9 season record.
