Maryland High School Volleyball - North Point bounced by Calvert

Calvert Cavaliers (Prince Frederick, MD) boosters left the game thrilled Monday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the host North Point Eagles (Waldorf, MD), 3-0 in a league test.

With the win, Calvert improves its record to 5-2 on the season. The Cavaliers travel to Huntingtown (Huntingtown, MD) to face the Hurricanes in a Southern Maryland test on Wednesday, September 25. The Hurricanes go into the test with a record of 4-2.

The Eagles now own a 1-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to St. Charles for a Southern Maryland test on Wednesday, September 25. North Point will face a squad coming off a 3-0 league loss to Great Mills (Great Mills, MD). The record now stands at 0-5.
