Florida High School Volleyball - Out-of-Door Academy bounced by Canterbury

September 23, 2024: Fort Myers, FL 33919

Canterbury Cougars (Fort Myers, FL) boosters left the game thrilled Monday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the visiting Out-of-Door Academy Thunder (Sarasota, FL), 3-0 in a non-league test.

With the win, Canterbury improves its record to 12-4 on the season. The Cougars travel to Riverdale (Fort Myers, FL) to face the Raiders in a non-league test on Tuesday, September 24. The Raiders go into the test with a record of 8-7. Riverdale won 2-1 in their recent non-league test against Naples (Naples, FL)

The Thunder now own a 3-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host Shorecrest Prep for a non-league test on Wednesday, September 25. Out-of-Door Academy will face a Chargers squad coming off a 3-0 league win over St. Petersburg Catholic (St. Petersburg, FL). The Chargers record now stands at 7-4.
