The Mount St. Dominic Academy Lions volleyball team scored 2 points and restricted the visiting Cedar Grove Panthers to 1 in the Lions non-league triumph on Monday.

The Lions now have a 3-3 record. They play next when they host Livingston for a Super Essex - A outing on Tuesday, September 24. Mount St. Dominic Academy will play a Lancers team coming off a 2-1 non-league win over Montclair Kimberley Academy (Montclair, NJ). The Lancers record now stands at 7-0.

With the loss, Cedar Grove drops to 5-3 on the campaign. The Panthers travel to East Orange Campus (East Orange, NJ) to play the Jaguars in a Super Essex - Colonial outing on Tuesday, September 24. The Jaguars come into the outing with a record of 7-0.
