California High School Flag Football - Carondelet over Monte Vista

The crowd at Tuesday's league contest between the Carondelet Cougars (Concord, CA) and the visiting Monte Vista Mustangs (Danville, CA), witnessed Carondelet's flag football squad knock off Monte Vista by a tally of 33-19.

The Cougars (5-6) will now prepare for their contest against Redwood (Larkspur, CA). The Giants enter the non-league contest with a 4-7 record. In their last contest, Redwood was topped by Encinal (Alameda, CA), 24-0, in a non-league bout.

The Mustangs now own a 4-11 record. They play next when they host Foothill for a bout on Tuesday, September 30. Monte Vista will encounter a Falcons team coming off a 30-6 league win over Livermore (Livermore, CA). The Falcons record now stands at 7-5.
