Highland Hawks (Gilbert, AZ) fans went home in high spirits Tuesday as they saw their flag football team triumph over the host Tolleson Wolverines (Tolleson, AZ), 49-0 in a non-league battle.

With the win, Highland improves its record to 3-0 on the season. The Hawks travel to O'Connor (Phoenix, AZ) to play the Eagles in a non-league battle on Thursday, September 25. The Eagles go into the battle with a record of 2-0. O'Connor won 44-0 in their recent non-league match against Verrado (Buckeye, AZ)

Coming up next, the Wolverines meet the Pinnacle Pioneers (Phoenix, AZ) in a non-league match, on Thursday, September 25. Tolleson will attempt to upgrade on its 0-2 season record. The Pioneers come into the match with a 2-1 record after their 14-0 non-league loss to Prescott (Prescott, AZ).
