Fans at Tuesday's non-league battle between the St. George's Gryphons (Collierville, TN) and the visiting White Station Spartans (Memphis, TN), saw St. George's's soccer squad triumph over White Station by a count of 9-0.

The Gryphons (7-2) will now prepare for their battle against Harding Academy (Memphis, TN). The Lions enter the D II-A West 6 battle with a 3-5 record. In their last battle, Harding Academy notched a victory over St. Benedict at Auburndale (Cordova, TN), 1-0, in a non-league battle.

Next up, the Spartans battle the Overton Wolverines (Memphis, TN) in a AAA District 16 battle, on Wednesday, September 24. White Station will attempt to upgrade on its 3-3 season record. The Wolverines enter the battle with a 0-3 record after their 4-0 league loss to Kingsbury (Memphis, TN).
