Little Village Phoenix (Chicago, IL) backers exited the stadium pleased Tuesday as they witnessed their soccer team knock off the host Hubbard Greyhounds (Chicago, IL), 3-0 in a non-league test.

With the triumph, Little Village advances its record to 3-2 on the campaign. The Phoenix travel to Proviso East (Maywood, IL) to clash with the Pirates in a non-league test on Thursday, September 25. The Pirates come into the test with a record of 5-1. Proviso East won 2-1 in their recent non-league outing against Leyden (Franklin Park, IL)

Next up, the Greyhounds play the Lyons Lions (LaGrange, IL) in a non-league outing, on Thursday, October 2. Hubbard will attempt to improve on its 0-4 season record.
