The Hornets (2-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Pueblo South (Pueblo, CO). The Colts come into the non-league challenge with a 2-9 record. In their last challenge, Pueblo South lost by Pueblo Centennial (Pueblo, CO), 2-0, in a non-league challenge.

In their next game, the Grizzlies face the Canon City Tigers (Canon City, CO) in a non-league test, on Thursday, September 25. Mesa Ridge will attempt to advance on its 2-6 season record. The Tigers go into the test with a 7-2 record after their 2-1 non-league loss to Pueblo County (Pueblo, CO).
