With the victory, Telluride improves its record to 6-2 on the year. The Miners host Crested Butte (Crested Butte, CO) to play the Titans in a 2A Western Slope - South outing on Friday, September 26. The Titans go into the outing with a record of 7-1. Crested Butte won 5-0 in their recent league outing against Ridgway (Ridgway, CO)

Next up, the Wolverines play the Pagosa Springs Pirates (Pagosa Springs, CO) in a 3A Intermountain outing, on Saturday, September 27. Bayfield will attempt to improve on its 4-6 season record. The Pirates go into the outing with a 7-1 record after their 4-0 league win over Alamosa (Alamosa, CO).
