The Marion County Knights (Lebanon, KY) soccer overwhelmed the visiting Garrard County Golden Lions (Lancaster, KY), 8-0 in Tuesday's non-league challenge.

The Knights now own a 11-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Somerset for a non-league contest on Thursday, September 25. Marion County will battle a Briar Jumpers team coming off a 8-0 non-league loss to Paul Laurence Dunbar (Lexington, KY). The Briar Jumpers record now stands at 6-6.

The Golden Lions (4-7) will now prepare for their contest against Frankfort Christian Academy (Frankfort, KY). The Royals enter the non-league contest with a 2-9 record.
