Episcopal Knights (Baton Rouge, LA) followers were pleased Tuesday as they witnessed their volleyball team overcome the visiting Catholic of Pointe Coupee Hornets (New Roads, LA), 3-1 in a non-league challenge.

The Knights (5-4) will now prepare for their challenge against Baton Rouge (Baton Rouge, LA). The Bulldogs come into the non-league challenge with a 6-10 record. In their last challenge, Baton Rouge lost by Denham Springs (Denham Springs, LA), 3-2, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Hornets play the Cecilia Bulldogs (Cecilia, LA) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, September 25. Catholic of Pointe Coupee will attempt to upgrade on its 6-8 season record. The Bulldogs go into the game with a 2-13 record after their 3-0 non-league loss to Lafayette Christian Academy (Lafayette, LA).
