The Lions now possess a 8-4 record. They play next when they travel to Berwick for a non-league bout on Thursday, September 25. Covenant Christian Academy will clash with a Panthers team coming off a 3-2 non-league win over Central Lafourche (Raceland, LA). The Panthers record now stands at 12-5.

With the loss, East Jefferson drops to 6-11 on the campaign. The Warriors travel to Edna Karr (New Orleans, LA) to battle the Cougars in a non-league contest on Thursday, September 25.
