Colorado High School Volleyball - Gilpin County tips SkyView Academy

September 23, 2025: Highlands Ranch, CO 80130

Fans at Tuesday's league contest between the Gilpin County Eagles (Black Hawk, CO) and the host SkyView Academy Hawks (Highlands Ranch, CO), observed Gilpin County's volleyball team hold off SkyView Academy by a tally of 3-2.

With the win, Gilpin County improves its record to 3-7 on the season. The Eagles host Front Range Christian (Littleton, CO) to encounter the Falcons in a 2A/1A Mile High test on Tuesday, September 30. The Falcons go into the test with a record of 7-9. Front Range Christian won 3-1 in their recent league test against Union Colony Prep (Greeley, CO)

The Hawks now own a 9-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host Dawson School for a 2A/1A Mile High test on Thursday, September 25. SkyView Academy will encounter a Mustangs squad coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to Estes Park (Estes Park, CO). The Mustangs record now stands at 3-7.
