The McDaniel Mountain Lions topped the host Tigard Tigers volleyball team by a margin of 3-1 in Tuesday's non-league outing.

The Mountain Lions now possess a 7-4 record. They play next when they travel to Cleveland for a 6A Portland Interscholastic outing on Thursday, September 25. McDaniel will play a Warriors team coming off a 3-1 league win over Ida B. Wells (Portland, OR). The Warriors record now stands at 7-4.

With the loss, Tigard drops to 4-7 on the campaign. The Tigers travel to West Linn (West Linn, OR) to play the Lions in a 6A Three Rivers outing on Thursday, September 25. The Lions come into the outing with a record of 3-6. West Linn won 3-2 in their recent league outing against St. Mary's Academy (Portland, OR)
