In Tuesday's league challenge, the host Salt Fork Storm volleyball team scored a 2-0 triumph over the Milford Bearcats.

The Storm (6-5) will now prepare for their challenge against Georgetown-Ridge Farm (Georgetown, IL). The Buffaloes come into the Vermilion Valley challenge with a 10-4 record. In their last challenge, Georgetown-Ridge Farm beat Iroquois West (Gilman, IL), 2-0, in a league challenge.

Next, the Bearcats play the Hoopeston Cornjerkers (Hoopeston, IL) in a Vermilion Valley challenge, on Thursday, September 25. Milford will attempt to advance on its 0-12 season record. The Cornjerkers go into the game with a 3-11 record after their 2-0 league loss to Oakwood (Fithian, IL).
