Kansas High School Volleyball - Sedgwick over Sterling

In Tuesday's league challenge, the host Sedgwick Cardinals volleyball team scored a 2-0 triumph over the Sterling Black Bears.

The Cardinals (17-5) will now prepare for their challenge against Trinity (Hutchinson, KS). The Celtics come into the Heart of America challenge with a 1-13 record. In their last challenge, Trinity beat Independent (Wichita, KS), 2-0, in a non-league test.

The Black Bears now sport a 6-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Classical for a Heart of America test on Tuesday, September 23. Sterling will play a Saints team coming off a 2-0 league loss to Remington (Whitewater, KS). The Saints record now stands at 5-14.
